My Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is that the player always comes first. I believe in developing people as well as footballers, promoting values such as respect, discipline, resilience, honesty, and teamwork. I see myself as a motivating and approachable coach who inspires confidence and enthusiasm, while also respecting boundaries and maintaining transparency in every decision. With children and young players, I focus on enjoyment and decision-making, while in professional football I emphasize motivation, discipline, and mutual respect as the foundation for both individual and team performance. For me, football is a tool for growth, for competing with identity, and at the same time for shaping complete human beings.

My training methodology is based on an integral approach that combines technical, cognitive development, tactical, physical, and emotional development of the players. In youth football, I apply learning through play, using methods such as Coerver, 360°, and Horst Wein’s principles to stimulate game intelligence and creativity.

I like to design dynamic, progressive, and age-appropriate sessions where each player can discover their strengths within the team, and In professional football, I complement this approach with more specific work, analyzing the characteristics of each player to integrate them into the team system, always with clear, intense, and performance-oriented training.

At all levels, I seek a balance between motivation and discipline, maintaining close and respectful communication that allows each player to grow and perform at their best.

Coaching Methodology
